You're right, Rene. Their WH aquqrium fishing permits expired before October 2017. They didn't renew that even though they may still maintain their general CML license and the aquarium fishing permit. Bin C. Hi Rene, Here is the permit form for West Hawaii aquarium fishing permit. I was told that there is no separate form for that purpose.
