Aloha Ms. Isaki, We'll be happy to provide you with the requested information. To ensure we get you what you looking for, can you please clarify the following: 1. How far back would you like to request information related to this permit? If I'm understanding the request correctly, I would guess that you would only want the most recent renewal, is that correct? 2. Would you like to request emails or just the documents themselves? * Please note that if you would like to request emails the process can take additional time. Here is an overview of that process: o We submit a request to our I.T. Department with a range of dates and the search terms to be used. o They then provide us with a .pst file of all of the relevant emails. o At that point, we provide the requestor with an estimated timeframe to do the review of those emails and we provide a cost estimate to the requestor before we proceed with reviewing the emails. We calculate the estimate using an average review time of 100 records (emails) to be reviewed per hour. As a suggestion, if you're not sure about the emails, we can start by providing the documents in number 1, above, and then if you'd still like additional information we can run the email search and follow the steps in number 2, above.
