Aloha Mr. Black, I am in receipt of your request for UIPA records from our Department. I do not have more information than just our UIPA log entries. Aloha Karin, OIP requires that every government agency keep a log of each UIPA request received. The logs are in Excel format and track how the agency responded to each request. I am requesting those Excel spreadsheet(s) used by the Department for the first half of last fiscal year (July 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018). More information about these logs and blank form logs are available at https://oip.hawaii.gov/laws-rules-opi.... Best, Brian

Hi Brian, This is the only one I have sent so far - and it is only for this year. I did not submit one for 2018 for which I apologize. Karin >>> "R. Brian Black" 12/18/2019 9:10 AM >>> Mahalo, Karin. I was looking for the log for the first half of FY 19 (July to December 2018). This log covers the second half (January to June 2019). Do you have the log for July to December 2018?
