Aloha Lt. Aurello, just to make sure that there is no misunderstanding, this request is for the report that is required by statute. HRS 92F-18(b)(12) & (c). Does that help in terms of locating the record?
Regards,
Brian

Aloha, Mr. Black.
The Department does not maintain copies of the requested report. Once the Department files its report with the Office of Information Practices, as required by HRS 92F-18(b), the Department does not retain a copy.
Your request would be better suited to the Office of Information Practices.
Thank you.

I already requested records from OIP. It had reports for other Hawaii County agencies, but not the Police Department. In case the Police Department log was sent after I made my request, when was the information sent to OIP? And how was it sent? If by e-mail, has e-mail been searched for a copy of the record?
Best,
Brian
