Aloha, Mr. Black. The Department does not maintain copies of the requested report. Once the Department files its report with the Office of Information Practices, as required by HRS 92F-18(b), the Department does not retain a copy. Your request would be better suited to the Office of Information Practices. Thank you. Respectfully, Tuck Loy D. I already requested records from OIP. It had reports for other Hawaii County agencies, but not the Police Department. In case the Police Department log was sent after I made my request, when was the information sent to OIP? And how was it sent? If by e-mail, has e-mail been searched for a copy of the record? Best, Brian
