HI << Name removed >> : I have been asked by Steven Takara to reach out to you regarding the Records request you had submitted. As you are requesting for multiple tax years, we were wondering if you would like to wait for the tax rates to be finalized for the upcoming tax year so that we could provide the information for all the tax years requested.

Dear Rosalyn, I would like this information before next week's full council meeting. Looking at the dates now, that may mean going back one more year instead of using FY 2020. It's okay to do that. ... Sincerely yours << Name removed >> << Name removed >>

Dear Rosalynn, Would you please check the last table you provided (Tax Benefit Provided by Exemptions FY 2018-2019)? I think the amounts have decimal errors, given that the table is "in thousands of dollars." ... Sincerely yours << Name removed >> << Name removed >>
