NIBRS data (or a List of all OFFENSES) including dates, times, and case/report numbers for January 1, 2016 to September 30, 2019 for a 0.5 mile grid of and including 1450 Ala Moana Boulevard, Honolulu. An electronic spreadsheet (e.g. Excel) response is specifically requested and preferred. Only in the case a List of Offenses is not available, Calls for Service may be sent instead. 2. The Police Department’s average response time to 911 calls for life-threatening emergencies and non-life-threatening events (or by call priority) in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.
