Summary of Request
Please send the following documentation from the GRCBP from 2018 through 7-20-2026: 1. Beginning balance in GRCBP as of January 1, 2018. 2. Funding - all funds deposited into GRCBP from 1-1-2018 through 7-20-2026, including geothermal royalties, proceeds from sale of properties purchased and rental fees from properties purchased under this program. 3. Expenditures - All GRCBP funds spent for any reason from 1-1-2018 through 7-20-2026, including but not limited to, a) purchasing affected properties, b) all administrative expenses, including who was paid for what and the amount, and c) all expenses for community benefits detailing who was paid and the amount, including a $428,000.00 grant to District 4 County Councilperson to conduct water studies surrounding Puna Geothermal Venture with the resident's involvement and participation. 4. Transfers - the GRCBP calls for a minimum balance of $1 million dollars in the account. Provide any and all receipts of transfers from account to Hawaii County General Fund when fund exceeds $1million dollars.
