Please let me know the status of my request for the UIPA logs for FY2020 (July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021), requested on November 16. As noted in my January 12 e-mail, the log provided on that day was not for the period requested; it started on July 1, 2021.

Aloha Brian,
Unfortunately, the prior PIO did not leave a record of UIPA requests for the dates you requested. Upon leaving DOTAX, her computer's memory was erased. I took over this position in July 2021 and the only requests/log that I have is attached.
Thank you for your understanding.
Regards,
Joshua…

Aloha Joshua, I see the one log that has my June 2021 request. Was the other attachment meant to have any substantive content?

Brian

Aloha Brian,
Apologies for the delay. I created the log because your request was received back in June of 2021. This was the only email communication that I have from the former PIO. To my knowledge, there were no other requests.
Thank you,
Joshua…
