Mahalo nui, Amanda. This is what I needed. I have an annual reminder to request these logs from OIP at the beginning of October. Agencies that have the opportunity to submit the logs to OIP before October never even see a request from me. I then follow up with agencies that are not included in OIP's batch. That usually takes me a few weeks to sort out, so typically sometime in November I send out requests to individual agencies. Best, Brian
