If the Department is relying on the Governor's suspension of deadlines, please let me know the following information pursuant to the Governor's most recent proclamation (Ex. E): (1) a non-binding inclination whether the Department plans to grant the request; (2) suggestions on ways to modify the request to expedite processing; and (3) an up-to-date list of pending requests at the Department.
