Aloha Ms. Bee, I am focused on the information specified in Executive Memorandum 12-06 (https://budget.hawaii.gov/wp-content/...). That directive provides that State agencies would submit specific information to the City. It also provides a sample format for the submission of that information and instructions for the State agencies to follow. If State agencies followed the sample format, I would like that document; if the State agencies used alternative formats, I would like what was submitted by the State agencies as the equivalent summary. If the State agencies have not provided a simple summary of information as contemplated in Executive Memorandum 12-06, it would help if you could let me know categories of information the City has received from the State agencies.
Best,
Brian

That helps. I would like the summaries from the one State agency; if anything will be redacted, please let me know what will be redacted before any work is performed. Regarding the other State agencies, are there (1) RPAD summaries of the information contained in the leases or (2) coversheets from the State agencies? I am not interested in obtaining full copies of the leases. I would like information identifying which State agencies are complying with the Executive Memorandum and, if readily accessible, identifying the affected properties.
Thanks so much, Rosalynn.
Best,
Brian

I am requesting any summaries, 2012 to present, from the one state agency at which time we will be able to review and determine if any redaction is necessary. Please refer to Request for clarification dated Jan 21, 2020 regarding available categories of information provided to the City by the State regarding Memo 12-06.

Aloha Rosalynn, as I understand the January 21 clarification, only one State agency provides summaries, and I would like those summaries. As it concerns the other State agencies, the City only receives actual leases. I am trying to understand whether the City has prepared its own summaries of those actual leases (e.g., for taxation purposes pursuant to ROH 8-10.17). For example, has RPAD entered information from the actual leases into a database? If it would be easier to discuss, I am available by phone at 531-4000.
Best,
Brian
