I have attached the current copy of the SHOPO contract as well as the MOU between SHOPO and the City and County of Honolulu that extends the current contract terms. For the purposes of 92F, there is no fee being charged as the minimum public waiver fee of $30 alone covers the search assessment (15 minutes) and there is no charge for review and redaction since the document is being released in its entirety. Also, there is no cost incurred since these are digital copies and no scanning was involved.
