In regard to the minutes of the executive session held on September 11, 2020, the Department of Attorney General advised the Office of the Public Defender that the executive session’s discussion was within the Sunshine Law and is not subject to release. Please note that the Defender Council and the Office of the Public Defender have corrected the following: 1. Minutes will be published within 40 days of a meeting 2. The public comment section has been / will be moved to the beginning of the meeting 3.
