IF SEEKING PUBLIC INTEREST WAIVER, PROVIDE PUBLIC INTEREST STATEMENT BELOW THIS LINE
I respectfully request a waiver of fees pursuant to HAR § 2-71-32. The requested records pertain directly to the operations and activities of the Hawaiʻi State Judiciary and concern the official qualification of a public judicial officer to exercise the powers of public office. The requested records are not readily available in the public domain through publicly accessible government resources. I have the primary intention and actual ability to disseminate information obtained from these government records to the public through available methods of public dissemination for the purposes of promoting transparency, accountability, and public understanding of government operations. Accordingly, waiver of the applicable search, review, and segregation fees would serve the public interest.
Mahalo,
Adrien Evans
