Aloha CBLC Fellow, Please find attached the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs' (DCCA) response to your record request received on June 16, 2021, and the requested information as of June 16, 2021. During the pandemic, DCCA's divisions largely responded to and/or fulfilled records requests without reliance on the suspension of HRS § 92F enacted by Governor Ige's emergency proclamations. One division with pending requests, as shown in the provided attachment, is challenged with accessing documents to properly process the outstanding requests. The other division with pending requests is essentially awaiting action from the requesters end and thus cannot be closed out from pending status.
