I request electronic copies where available (or if electronic copies are not available, hard copies) of the following governmental records relating to Dr. Christina Mnatzaganian, during the time that Dr. Mnatzaganian was employed by or associated with the University’s Daniel K. Inouye College of Pharmacy, which is believed to be approximately July 2011 through July 2015. 1. Records identifying any sources of funding for Dr. Mnatzaganian’s involvement in, or work on, the following: a. Acute Respiratory and Cardiovascular Outcomes Associated with Low Levels of Ambient Fine Particulate Matter (PM2.5) on the Island of Oahu, PROCEEDINGS OF THE 52ND HAWAII INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON SYSTEM SCIENCES (2019) b. Association between sugar cane burning and acute respiratory illness on the island of Maui, ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH, 14:81 (2015) 2. Records identifying any sources of funding for any research conducted by Dr. Mnatzaganian while employed by or associated with the University 3. Records reflecting communications (including, but not limited to, e-mail communications) between Dr. Mnatzaganian and any officer, agent, or employee of the Sierra Club. 4. Records reflecting any communications (including, but not limited to, e-mail communications) sent by or received by Dr. Mnatzaganian that refer or relate to the Sierra Club. 5. Records reflecting research by or in the possession of Dr. Mnatzaganian regarding sugarcane farming, including but not limited to sugarcane burning, biomass burning, green harvesting, and other sugarcane farming practices. If you contend that an exemption applies to any record described in this request, please identify the specific exemption that applies for each such record and produce the record with the exempt portion of the record deleted or excised. If not all responsive records are available at the same time, please provide a rolling production in tranches as the responsive records are available.
