Mahalo for getting back to me, Elizabeth. If I have more questions can email Jeff, but wondering if maybe you can answer more document-related questions. May I have a copy of that last filing? I also noticed on Hawai'i Compliance Express that Hawi Nani LLC has dissolved (the site is currently down, so won't be able to double-check the year, but I think it was 2020 or 2021).  The TMK is still under the LLC,  though, so is Mark Lester's current plans under a different LLC for that TMK?  The TMK is 3-5-5-008:076. Hi Libby, I don't have any information that would indicate that Mark Lester changed the LLC. Aloha again Elizabeth! I’m circling back. In the old documents you pulled up, would it be possible to get anything (if there is anything) from Kern and Associates (also known as Kern & Associates) from between maybe 2018 and 2020 for old plans? Either through correspondence or applications. Land Use Commission said they didn’t have anything on old plans so it was just at the county level. I hope you and the rest of the planning department have wonderful holidays with your Ohana. This can wait until after then since I’m in transit anyway. Mahalo, Libby

There are no other letters/ correspondence from Kern and Associates. The original application was filed by Michael Riehm.…
