In 2014, the University of Hawaii's Research Evaluation in Public Safety Project solicited bids and subsequently entered into a contract with a company named Pas De Chocolat to assess the Department of Public Safety's data infrastructure and provide guidance in providing a replacement product. While the contract was administered through UH's REPS program, my understanding is that former PSD Deputy Director Cathy Ross helped guide and oversee the project. Please provide me with copies of the final reports, and any other deliverables, that Pas De Chocolat completed as part of the contract. (The contract references a final Phase 1 and final Phase 2 report.)
