Good Morning Mr. << Name removed >> , My apology for the delay in responding back to you. Attached is the AMP Live Events, LLC Application for Use of the Aloha Stadium Facilities. The original total estimated hours to address your request is based on our best guess estimate of collective search hours required to address your request across several staff involved in varying degrees with the event. Since communication may have involved multiple staff, all staff having any involvement were requested to provide an estimate of search time for any and all communication with the event licensee. To search and segregate would increase the request cost, as it would take time to review each email for relevance to the requester's request. In reviewing your email request below, if your request for information was further qualified to limit the involvement to our Box Office Branch and our Events Branch that would limit the number of staff involved and reduce search time; however, in all cases it may/may not guarantee the information that you seek.
