Dear Ms. Mendonca, ...Since you cannot produce the straight forward application and issued permits for the grubbing and grading construction work done by Jas. W. Glover in March and April 2019 on the Ocean View Transfer Station, you can tell Allan G. Simeon, P.E. that he will be a named Defendant in the Demoruelle v. Bernhardt, Kucharski, Goodale and Simeon lawsuit being filed Wednesday in US District Court, District of Hawaii. I will be given these documents under discovery if you do not provide them under UIPA.
