On September 24 & 26, 2025 Clean Air Branch Environmental Engineer, Chenyan Song, reached out to you for clarification on your records request, but has not heard back from you. To complete this records request, could you answer the below two questions as it will guide us in how to prepare the records and provide you with a good faith estimate on the Notice to Requestor form. 1. For your records request, do you want records relating to permitting? We have found a permit record in CAB for the property address/parcel number. 2. How far back do you want the records request to look at? If you do not want anything prior to 2010 it will reduce the good faith estimate that we need to provide to you for this records request.
