Suevon Lee, I am acknowledging that the DOE received your request on 8/27/19 and initiated a search for records. However, the DOE will need additional time to respond to your request in order to avoid an unreasonable interference with its other statutory duties and functions. The request also requires extensive DOE efforts to search, review, or segregate the records, or otherwise prepare the records for inspection. Please let me know if you have any questions.
