Please provide me with the following information relating to Department of Public Safety employees who have been disciplined between 2017 - present: - The names of employees suspended of fired for misconduct - A list of the allegations against each employee - All findings of fact from the investigation into the misconduct - The resulting punishment DPS' 2018 report to the Legislature details four reported incidents of staff-on-offender sexual abuse in 2017 that were substantiated. In addition to the above information, please also include the facilities where these four employees worked.
