Aloha, My UIPA request "CWSRF records for County of Hawaii Cesspool Conversion loan of $8,363,773" (04/04/2019) had fees of $170, which I agreed to either pay in portions or limit my request to specific records, the EADs. I have heard nothing as to which route you will take - fees for 6 months or just the EADs. Please update me on the status of my request as soon as possible. Mahalo,

Payment Request No. 3 (Final) The Department of Health Wastewater Branch (DOH-WWB) moved from 919 Ala Moana Blvd. to 2827 Waimano Home Rd. in November 2017. I started work at the DOH-WWB 1/2/2018. Dear Sir, Did the COH NOT spend this loan on "construction" in 2007 -2009? There is no "construction" that I can see and these may be "leftover SRF" funds that seem to be floating around the COH financial reports. COH shows "Naalehu SRF" obligations of $6.6 m. as Items in financial report Com 0009.012 2018-2020 page 110. There is just so much "funny" SRF money showing up on COH financials that I am asking the Court to order State/County legislative audits to see why your funds weren't used for construction as promised and why DOH-WWB allowed them to fool around with CWSRF loans since 2007 with no accountability.
