Pursuant to the public records law, I would like to request the following records in electronic format sent to my email address.
The request, notice to requester, and related correspondence with the requester for the February 3, 2017 request by Lilia Papakolea. I am trying to determine the nature of the request; what records if any the requester received; and how much if any the requester paid in fees and costs for the records.
I welcome any suggestions from the Hawaii Tourism Authority concerning ways to modify or narrow this request, consistent with the above objective, to minimize the effort required for HTA to identify and review records.

Aloha Brian,
Hope you had a good Thanksgiving. Please find attached your "Notice to Requester" and eight (8) accompanying documents in response to your UIPA request received November 15, 2017. As part of the "Notice" we have attached a Documents List. We have broken the list up into three categories: a) Papakolea's combined protest/UIPA request letters, b) HTA's response to the protests, c) HTA's response to the UIPA requests.
We did not produce, to Papakolea, documents in response to Papakolea's UIPA request since they failed to submit payment as outlined in the Notices and the corresponding email. They did not respond at all to our email dated February 16, 2017.
