City Response: - Review and segregation are classed as one on the OIP Notice to Requestor Form (dated 12/1/2015) This fee applies because..... - Copy fees are bring applied as the contract and associated PO are not electronically filed, therefore copies must be made to email you the electronic files of the contract and PO. - As stated on the previous email to you (dated 11/1/19), if the OIP is submitted by Oahu Real Property Tax Advisory Commission, all fees will be waived as the OIP is coming from a government agency.
