Dear Sir or Madam, Thank you for your prompt reply. Responding to the last scenario / question regarding the disclosure of records & payments: 1) Disclose the requested records within five business days after providing notice or, when applicable, after receiving a prepayment as provided for under section 2-71-19, HAR; or (2) Disclose the requested records in increments because the requested records are voluminous, I choose the later # 2. I understand the request is volumous and time consuming, but essentially necessary to better understand the events of that day. The only thing to do now amd move forward from this is to learn from what happened. I appreciate your kokua and sensitivity to this matter. Mahalo, Mandy Sinclair
