My name is Luz Peirson, Accountant V and Accounts Payable Supervisor, Accounting Division, Department of Budget and Fiscal Services. I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. Research of information shows one payment to Torkildson, Katz, et al for services provided to the Honolulu Ethics Commission by Lincoln Ashida. Amount for services and costs incurred through 02/29/2020 was $615.71, paid on 7/28/2020. There were no other payments in FY20 and from 7/1/20 - 10/31/20. For the other two requests: 1. Barbara Petrus - for FY2020 and 7/1/20 - 10/31/20 - No payments were found under this name. 2. Anna Elento-Sneed for FY 2020 and 7/1/20-10/31/20 - No payments were found under this name.
