Aloha Inga, Can you describe the difference between this one and the last one? Is it just that this one isn't limited in time, and it includes emails not just "from" DLNR to Stantec/PIJAC, but any emails "between" DLNR and them? There are back and forth emails shown in the email threads that were sent in response to your last request already. So we just try to clarify what else you're looking for. Thank you. Bin C. Dear Bin, We are requesting all communications between DLNR and PIJAC/Stantec regarding that particular HAR, which requires DLNR to advise who/what agencies the applicant should consult with (different from our earlier request for "Consulting Parties" communications). Dear Bin, Thank you for those documents. Just to clarify, we are specifically looking for any documentation/correspondence that DLNR provided to the applicant (PIJAC/Stantec) requiring the applicant to: • seek advice from the agencies responsible for implementing the county general plans (and which counties); • consult with citizen groups and individuals DLNR believed to be affected (which groups, individuals, etc. did DLNR suggest the applicants consult with, but separate from "consulting parties" as you already sent me that info in my first request). This is as required by HEPA, HAR 11-200 as part of EIS process. If you do not have any additional correspondence outside of what you've already sent me, please advise and I will just consider this request closed. Thank you, Inga ... Sincerely yours Inga Gibson
