Aloha Ms. Umberger, Your UIPA request specifically asks for the aquarium fish dealer license list. The aquarium fish dealer license does not exist. The aquarium dealer list that you mentioned is a roster of primary aquarium dealers that are known to us and submit purchase reports to DLNR-DAR. There is a difference between the dealers on this list and dealers licensed. DLNR-DAR has statutory authority to collect purchase reports from primary dealers. But there are no licensed dealers yet.
