Aloha! Please find our Notice to Requester and first installment of 911 records in response to your request. The attached installment is for calls made in the last 6 months that went to Emergency Management Services (EMS). Typically, these calls are medical emergencies where an ambulance is being requested. We will continue to work on generating reports for all agencies who accept 911 calls in Honolulu and will produce them to you as they are completed (not to exceed 20 days for the next installment). Please feel free to contact me or to work with the Civil Beal Law Center if you have any questions. Regards, Lynne Lynne Goto Uyema Senior Police Legal Advisor Honolulu Police Department 801 S. Attached are the reports for 911 calls directed to HPD. The search was too large to run in one report so the search was broken down to reports by month. COM was not able to produce the reports in an Excel spreadsheet format but, it’s my understanding that they have been trying to contact Intrado to see if there was another way they can run the report to produce a searchable data table. I will certainly keep you posted on that. They are going to work on producing the report for the remaining agencies such as HFD and the smaller groups (Suicide Prevention Hotline, etc). Please let me know if you have any questions.

Attached is the last installment of the 9-1-1 calls request. This list captures the agencies that 911 calls are directed to other than HFD, HPD, and EMS. You will see “Crisis Line” appear on the list. Per HPD Communication Division, “Crisis Line” is a transfer to Hawaii Cares. Hawaii Cares is an organization that services people with mental health and emotional issues, substance abuse issues, and people going through a crisis. “Crisis Line” and “Poison Control” are the only two non-public safety agencies that 911 callers can ask for and be transferred to. I apologize that the data is still in pdf format. Per our communication division team, they are still trying to work with the vendor to learn how to export to excel, .cvs, etc. This installment completes our response to the 911 calls request and we now consider this request closed. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to discuss further.
