Summary of Request: For each of the officer-involved shootings for 2017 and 2018 (calendar), can you please provide the following: -Date of the shooting -Time of the shooting -Address where shooting took place -Victim's name -Whether or not the victim was armed and please name the weapon the victim possessed at the time of the shooting. -Name of the officer who shot the individual. If you decline to release the name could you please provide the officer's age, sex, number of years with HPD? -For each shooting, please inform me if a Taser or stun gun was used before a shot was fired. -Narrative of each incident. -Any indication as to whether the officer who was involved in the shooting incident was asked to undergo retraining. In addition, please provide a copy of any training materials used including video, ebook, website addresses that teaches HPD officers when to use force when encountering the public.
