Pursuant to the public records law, I would like to request the following records in electronic format sent to my email address.
Please provide any documents or correspondence related to the GRANT OF EASEMENT, dated November 28, 1995 and recorded on December 1, 1995 in the State Bureau of Conveyances as Document No. 95-156178, between GLADSTONE BURNS, INC., a Hawai‘i Corporation and MICHAEL J. SCOYNI and DENISE DION-SCOYNI (“Grantors”) and the BOARD OF WATER SUPPLY OF THE COUNTY OF KAUA‘I concerning a easement over Lot 14A of the Waipake Subdivision. The Easements is 20 ft wide and identified as “Easement AU-1”.

Ok - thank you for confirming the absence of any records related to the easement. I do have a second UIPA request for "any applications, correspondence, emails, attachments, assessments, comments, studies, and approval/ denials of any permits or requests concerning Carol Cassiday Orr, Steven Orr, or any representative of Keala Ranch, LLC’s proposed use of land located at Kaua‘i, Moloa‘a on TMK (4) 5-1-002:010:0005 for agritourism, construction of a pavilion and dwelling, and for hosting events" but I'll await a response to that request.
