Pursuant to the public records law, I would like to request the following records in electronic format sent to my email address.
To the Records Access Officer and/or Director of Finance Department, County of Hawaiʻi:
Pursuant to the Uniform Information Practices Act (Modified), Hawaiʻi Revised Statutes Chapter 92F, I am requesting access to and copies of the following government records maintained by the County of Hawaiʻi, including but not limited to records held by the Finance Department, Real Property Tax Division, Purchasing Division, Department of Public Works, Office of the Corporation Counsel, or any other County department or office:
1. Contracts and Agreements
All contracts, agreements, memoranda of understanding (MOUs), task orders, purchase orders, amendments, renewals, extensions, and any related exhibits or attachments between the County of Hawaiʻi and any of the following entities, for any period of time for which records exist:
∙ EagleView Technologies, Inc.
∙ EagleView (any related or successor entity)
∙ Pictometry International Corp.
∙ Pictometry (any related or successor entity)
∙ Verisk Analytics (as parent or affiliate of EagleView)
2. Correspondence
All written correspondence, emails, letters, memoranda, notes, meeting minutes, and any other written communications — whether internal or external — referencing or related to EagleView Technologies, Pictometry, or any of the entities named above. This includes communications between County employees, officials, or contractors and representatives of those companies.
3. Procurement and Solicitation Records
All requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotations (RFQs), invitations to bid (ITBs), sole-source justifications, waiver of competitive bidding approvals, bid submissions, vendor evaluation documents, and award notices related to any contract with EagleView Technologies or Pictometry.
4. Invoices and Payment Records
All invoices, payment records, purchase requisitions, and related financial documents reflecting payments made to EagleView Technologies or Pictometry.
5. Data Licensing and Usage Agreements
Any records related to the licensing, use, storage, or distribution of aerial imagery, property data, or analytical services provided by EagleView Technologies or Pictometry, including any data sharing agreements with other government entities.
Time Period: All records from January 1, 2010 through the date this request is processed.
Format: I request records in electronic format, delivered to <<email address>> For any records that cannot be delivered electronically, please notify me of alternatives.
I understand the agency must respond within 10 business days of receipt (or up to 20 business days in extenuating circumstances with written notice), pursuant to HRS §92F-15.5 and HAR §2-71-13. If any portion of this request is denied, I request a written statement of the specific legal basis for each denial, as required by HRS §92F-15(b), so that I may consider an appeal to the Office of Information Practices.
