Can you please kindly forward my request to the appropriate party that can furnish me with the following report: A listing of all stale-dated warrants and uncashed vendor checks issued or held by the City and County of Honolulu that were issued (between 2020 and 10/31/2025) that have NOT escheated to the State's Unclaimed Property Division and remain on record with the City Finance/Treasurer. This would include any checks over $999.99 that were issued to vendors such as businesses, corporations and companies, including hospitals and health systems with the following information. (I am NOT looking for checks that were issued to individuals.) • Name of vendor (to whom the warrant was issued to) • Date of issuance • Amount of check (warrant)
