We only had one UIPA during that time that we actioned. See attached for form and request below: This is a request under the Hawaii Uniform Information Practices Act.I request a digital copy of a list of all allocations made by the HI Department of Defense to state agencies and local law enforcement jurisdictions through the most recent State Homeland Security Program (SHSP) grant cycle where such information is available. If possible, please provide this information in a digital chart format with column titles including but not limited to (1) Applicant; (2) Project Name; (3) Geographic Service Area; (4) Project Type/Description; and (5) Amount of Funds requested. We had other requests, but they were not for HIDOD. I will list them below: Neighbor Islands' Airport Advertising Management Concession Contract between PMG Pacific Media Group and the State of Hawaii Dept. of Transportation. Thank you for your time and assistance in providing this contract. I would like all information about the death of ATF Agent John Bost at the Kihei, Hawaii police station. Request any and all electronic communication (email) that references my name in the To, From, CC, BCC, Subject, and Body of the emails from the period April 2019 through June 15, 2019 when I was an employee for the Hawaii State Judiciary as Family Court Bailiff and the Family Court In Kapolei, HI. I am requesting all emails between employees of the DBEDT that mention “Ko Olina” between the dates of September 1, 2020- September 23, 2020. I am only looking for email correspondence between employees. No emails from or to outside parties or non-government employees. I am only looking for employees within DBEDT and only emails that mention the term “Ko Olina” somewhere within.
