Aloha Ms. Ferguson, I would note that the request was for the document in its original format as an Excel spreadsheet, not a PDF. Because it appears that the Department did not receive any record requests during the logged period, however, there is no reason to resend the document as an Excel spreadsheet. This will work for what I need. Thank you, Brian
