Aloha Ms. Akuna, did something change in how the Department tracks requests? I only ask because in the preceding reports, the Department typically had around 30-35 requests every six months. I understand that COVID may have impacted those numbers to some extent from January to June 2020, but zero requests seems strange.

Thank you for your email.
The DOW still tracks the requests the same and submits a report every 6 months to UIPA via our Mayor’s office. During that duration, we submitted zero submittals.
