record requests received from July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017. I am seeking the
underlying data spreadsheet(s), not the summaries uploaded to the UIPA Master
Log on data.hawaii.gov.
I would like the record provided in its original Excel format.
It is not my intent that this request require effort that would necessitate

Dear Mr. Black,
Thank you for your email and I do apologize for the delay in our department's response to you. In the future, please email me at <<email address>> or call my office at 808.270.7845 should you need any assistance with your requests for information.
Our FY2017 log shows that we received one (1) request, and that request was received from you on September 30, 2016. Many of the requests for information that we receive are routine requests or subpoenas/discovery of records for court cases. These requests are not logged into our UIPA Record Request Log.
We did receive written requests after June 30, 2017, and these requests have been inputted into our FY2018 log.
