Aloha Mr. Black, You are requesting the Planning Departments OIP log in original format for the period of July 1, 2023 - December 31, 2023. However, I can't provide the log in its original format since it contains personal information such as phone numbers, which must be redacted under HRS §92F-13. I can either: 1) Remove the phone number column and send it in Excel format, or 2) Convert it to PDF and redact the phone numbers. Please let me know how you would like to proceed. Aloha Ms. Koga, did the Department modify OIP's standard form? I only ask because that form does not record phone numbers. If there are phone numbers recorded in one of OIP's standard columns, please replace the phone number with XXXX and provide the Excel format. Regards, Brian
