Aloha Mr. Kent: Please see the attached report showing the loans in our Agricultural Loan Program portfolio that are currently in default. The total loan balance in default as of 12/31/25 is $731,192.20 representing 3.6% of the total active loan balance of $20,083,307.68. It may be helpful to understand that these 18 loans are in collection status with the Attorney General's Office and are in various stages of recovery and date back to 1997. The Attorney General's office has completed settlement agreements with several of the borrowers and we are only waiting to receive authority to write off the debt in those cases.
