In December 2025, the Health Department finally calls a public meeting in Pahoa where many dozens of residents testified against issuing any more Air Pollution Permits to Puna Geothermal Venture. Please disclose in writing what is the status of PGV's 12-2024 application to modify permit? If the permit has been approved please attach a copy of the permit. If the Health Department is planning on issuing the permit, please disclose in writing when is our contested case scheduled for?
