A complete electronic copy (CSV or Excel) of all current and active Short-Term Vacation Rental (STVR) permits and registrations on file with the Planning Department. For each permit, please include: permit/case number, property address, Tax Map Key (TMK), permit type, status, issue date, and expiration date; and the owner/applicant name, mailing address, phone number, and email address as recorded with the permit application. If any of these fields are confidential under HRS Chapter 92F, please provide the non-exempt fields and cite the specific exemption for the remainder.
