Aloha Patrick Forelli, Thank you for your UIPA Request. We have attached a PDF copy of your UIPA request and Planning Departments Notice to Requester form. The Planning Department has provided you with the Excel Sheets for STVR and NUC. The Planning Department tracks properties by TMK, not by physical address. To obtain the most up-to-date ownership/physical address information for these properties, please visit the County's Real Property Tax website at: https://qpublic.schneidercorp.com/App.... There, you can search properties by their TMK/Parcel ID number, which will pull up the property's owner information and the physical address of the property. To view registration date information for STVR permits, the Department's online portal, the Electronic Processing and Information Center (EPIC) allows you to search by TMK, STVR registration number, or NUC number. The STVR public record will show a "completion date" = registration date of the permit if one was granted. The STVR registry does not include Reachable Person information. That information is available on our Department's Electronic Processing and Information Center (EPIC), but it will take some time to extract that information for each STVR permit. If you would like instructions for looking up this information yourself, please contact <<email address>> and email address> >. Unfortunately, we do not have a centralized database in which we can easily sort and filter this information for STVRs so the process may take some time to retrieve this information from individual STVR files. Please note however, that there are fees associated with this type of request. For information that we have but would have to look up individually, we would have to charge for researching.
