The research and review of the above referenced 92F request is complete.
You stated in your request that you wanted the documents emailed to you. However, the documents are too voluminous to email.
We can download and transfer the documents to a USB drive to save on copying costs. However, some documents, such as Requests for Investigation, Notices of Violation, and emails and correspondence between the Department of Planning and Permitting (DPP) and DPP’s attorneys, contained confidential information which needed to be redacted. These documents needed to be copied, physically redacted, and copied again after redaction, then downloaded and transferred to the USB drive, so copy charges apply for these documents. The Requests for Investigation that were filed by yourself have not been redacted.
The cost to obtain the USB drive with the requested documents is $115.50. We accept cash or check payable to the City and County of Honolulu. Please refer to the attached Notice to Requester with the breakdown of costs and fees.
The USB drive will be ready to pick up on July 13, 2022, after 9 a.m., at the Data Access and Imaging Branch, 650 S. King Street, 1st Floor, Mauka Office.
As to Items 1b, c, and e, our Code Compliance Department has provided the following response:
“The DPP Approved TVU (approved for NUC’s) currently lists no approved NUC’s for the property.
At the present DPP has no provision for registering new STR’s outside of Resort-zoned districts. The subject property is zoned A-2 Medium Density Apartment.”
