Dear Daniel,
Please provide proof of a current policy as that last document is 4 years old, including copies of the individual bond documents for the individuals named in the request.
My request is supported by:
Hawaii County Charter
Section 13-6. Bonds of Officers and Employees.
All officers and employees of the county whose duties require the handling of public moneys or property shall furnish bonds conditioned for the faithful performance of their respective duties. The council shall determine who shall furnish such bonds and the amounts thereof. The bonds shall be approved by the corporation counsel as to form, filed with the director of finance, and the premiums thereon shall be paid by the county.
Section 2-2. HCC Bonds of officials required; amount; filing; payment of premiums.
(a) In accordance with the provisions of section 13-6, Hawai‘i County Charter, bonds in the following amounts shall be furnished by the following officers and employees:
Mayor: $25,000
Councilmember (each): $10,000
Prosecuting attorney: $20,000
Director of finance: $25,000
Corporation counsel: $20,000
Deputy director of finance: $20,000
Controller: $20,000
Treasurer: $20,000
Purchasing agent: $10,000
Cashier: $10,000
(b) The bonds shall be approved as to form by the corporation counsel, filed with the director of finance, and the premiums shall be paid by the County of Hawai‘i.
Officers and employees of the legislative branch shall file their bonds with the clerk. Officers and employees of the executive branch shall file their bonds with the director of finance. (c) The premium on the bonds shall be paid by the County. (1983 CC, c 2, art 1, sec 2-2.)2-2

Your most welcome of course for the invoice info.
On your additional inquiry, refer to one of the attachments afforded, which lists the "positions" covered by the Public Officials "Position" Bond.
You'll note the bond covers "positions" as opposed to specified "individual names".
And you'll see the "positions" covered, correspond to the "individual names" and "positions" you are seeking.
