Dear Sir or Madam, Per Hawaii Administrative Rule §2-71-13, you, <<email address>> are a unit of that agency. *You* are required to promptly forward the request to head of the Office of Talent Management, another unit of the DOE agency. The DOE still has four days to provide the documents requested before the agency, the DOE, is in violation of UIPA law. So, when you forward this request, you might want to inform them that you made a mistake and there is some urgency now for them to fulfill the request that you didn't forward to them when you should have. ------------------------- HAR §2-71-13 Formal request received; agency response; time limits. (d) When a unit of an agency receives a request for a record that should have been otherwise directed to another unit of the same agency for a response, the unit receiving the request shall promptly forward the request to the head of the unit’s department. ------------------------- Sincerely, Vanessa Ott
