All requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotation (RFQs), or any other solicitation documents pertaining to all healthcare Administrative Service Only (ASO) contracts (insurance administration for medical, pharmacy, ancillary (dental, vision, etc.) and stop-loss benefits for state employees) awarded by [STATE, county, municipality, teachers union, police, etc] since January 1, 2010 • Please note Administrative Service Only (ASO) contracts is sometimes also referred to as ASC (Admin Services Contracts) or self-funded contracts 2. All proposals, quotations, or any other documents submitted by bidders (mostly payors or TPAs e.g. Blues, national payors (United, Aetna, Cigna) and UMR) in response to solicitations described in item 1 3. All contracts awarded for ASO and insurance administration by the state since January 1, 2010 4. All detailed scoring sheets or any other evaluation materials used by the state to evaluate all bidders' responses 5.
