Aloha, On October 25, 2022, the Office of the County Clerk, County of Hawaii received your request for the following: " ...the list of registered voters affected by the ballot alert message sent on 10/21/2022." The Office of the County Clerk, in discussion with its Elections Division, will be submitting the requested information for legal review to ensure there is no portion of the record that is exempt from disclosure under HRS chapter 92F. Please understand that we will require additional time to respond to the request to avoid an unreasonable interference with our other statutory duties and functions. We will also be sending you a cost analysis of the work associated with this request. The associated fees will be sent to you once we are aware of the full extent of the work to be done. Attached to this email is your original request and the "Notice to Requester" (NTR) form noting our emailed response to you here. Please feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions.
