Mahalo Casey, I will give you a call tomorrow. In the meantime, I wanted to share that I have provided the FY20 UIPA Log to R. Brian Black. I have not completed the FY21 Log as we are still within FY21. Could you tell me specifically what timeline you are looking for regarding your request for an 'up-to-date list of pending requests for government records that have backlogged during the COVID emergency…’ ? Many requests for this current FY have been fulfilled, and for the department is actively working on fulfilling the request, while keeping requestor updated if it goes beyond 10 days. Aloha Amanda, Thank you again for your email. We are looking for a list of any outstanding records requests in your department. It doesn't have to be a list of all requests in FY-2021. We only are requesting a list of current records requests that you haven't completed. Thank you again and have a nice day. ... Sincerely yours, Casey Shoji

Thank you Casey, Some are in the midst of being completed. Do you want those as well? What do you consider outstanding? Sorry for the many questions, I just want to understand your request. Aloha Amanda, No problem and thank you for clarifying our request. If requests are close to completion, could you also include them? Outstanding means that your department has not sent a notice to requester form to the requester which would complete the records request. Thank you again! ... Sincerely yours, Casey Shoji

Aloha Casey, I wanted to touch bases with you and provide you with the answer to your question. To the best of my knowledge, DHS does not have any outstanding records requests that have not been properly acknowledged.
